What started as a conversation has become something I’m genuinely proud of every single day. A clinic that has grown not just in terms of treatments and technology, but in the depth of knowledge, the strength of the team, and the standard of care behind everything we do.
CQC registration earlier this year felt like a significant moment. Not as a marketing point, but because it reflects a level of clinical governance and patient safety that we’ve always taken seriously, long before it became a requirement. That standard doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through years of investment in training, education, and doing things properly, even when nobody is watching.
The team that surrounds me now makes this work better than I could do alone, and the patients who have trusted us over the years, who keep coming back and bring the people they care about, are the reason any of this is possible.
Nine years in, and the work feels even more meaningful - thank you for being part of it 💙 ... See MoreSee Less

Thank you. Aw wow, exciting though that you're in the same field. Your clinic looks stunning 😍
Well done that’s a massive achievement becoming CQC registered. My journey is quite similar to yours but I’ve not yet took the jump to CQC yet 😩.
Sculptra is one of the treatments patients are asking about more than ever, but it’s also one of the treatments most people don’t fully understand before booking.
It’s not traditional filler, it’s not about instant volume, and it doesn’t create overnight results.
What makes Sculptra different is that it works by stimulating your own collagen over time. The changes happen gradually, which is why the results tend to look softer, fresher, and far more natural long-term.
This is everything you actually need to know about Sculptra before deciding if it’s right for you 👉🏼

Radiesse is one of those treatments that consistently surprises people, and it deserves far more attention than it gets!
It’s been FDA-approved since 2006, which makes it one of the most established products in aesthetic medicine, yet it remains relatively unknown to most patients who haven’t specifically been recommended it in clinic. That’s something worth changing.
What makes Radiesse different to standard dermal filler is that it works on two levels simultaneously. The carrier gel it comes in provides an immediate result, structure, projection, and definition in the areas being treated. And then the calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres within it stimulate your own collagen production over time, so the result continues to improve well beyond the initial treatment.
In practical terms, it also tends to be more efficient. The results I achieve with a single Radiesse syringe are typically equivalent to what would require two syringes of standard filler, which makes it a genuinely compelling option for the right patient and the right concern.

Ageing well has far less to do with chasing trends and far more to do with the decisions you make consistently over time.
The patients who maintain the most natural, healthy looking results are rarely doing the most. They’re usually focusing on skin quality, collagen support, and treatments that actually make sense for their face long term.
Good ageing isn’t about looking frozen or trying to look twenty years younger. It’s about keeping the skin strong, the face balanced, and making choices that will still look good years from now.
Here are the 5 non-negotiables we believe make the biggest difference when it comes to ageing well 👉🏼

The patients whose skin ages best aren’t the ones who wait until something bothers them. They’re the ones who start early and stay consistent.
That’s exactly what Cool Laser is built for.
Most people think about skin treatments as a fix. Something you do when you’ve got a specific concern you want addressed. But the smartest approach to ageing well is prevention, maintaining what you have, keeping your collagen levels healthy, and staying ahead of damage before it becomes visible.
Cool Laser is a non-ablative laser that triggers the skin’s own repair and renewal process. It improves tone, texture, and pigmentation, and more importantly, it keeps your skin functioning the way it should as you get older.
Here’s why it makes sense as a long-term skin investment:
✨ Stimulates collagen production before laxity and lines become a real concern
✨ Addresses sun damage and pigmentation at the earliest stage, before it settles in
✨ Keeps skin tone even and texture refined year-round
✨ Gentle enough to fit into your regular routine, not just a one-off
✨ Results compound over time, the more consistent you are, the better your skin looks
The people who age well didn’t get lucky. They made considered choices about their skin, usually earlier than you’d expect.
If Cool Laser sounds like the right investment for your skin, head to the link in our bio to book a consultation, and we’ll help you understand the right approach for you 💌 ... See MoreSee Less

The patients with the best summer skin are rarely the ones rushing for a last minute facial before their holiday. They’re usually the ones who started supporting their skin weeks or months earlier.
Healthy, glowing skin takes planning. Collagen stimulation, hydration, barrier support, and skin quality treatments all need time to work properly, which is why starting now makes such a difference by the time summer arrives.
Here are the treatments we’d actually recommend if your goal is brighter, smoother, fresher skin this summer 👉🏼

Good lip filler shouldn’t be the first thing people notice about your face. The best results are usually the ones that simply make the lips look softer, fresher, and more balanced.
For us, lip enhancement is never about creating volume for the sake of it.
It’s about respecting the natural shape of the lips, improving hydration and definition, and making sure the result stays in harmony with the rest of the face.
Sometimes that means adding subtle structure, or restoring volume that’s been lost over time.
Every set of lips needs a different approach, which is why consultation and treatment planning matter so much.

The best investment you can make for your skin after 35?
Cool Laser ✨
After 35, the rate at which the skin produces collagen starts to slow meaningfully, and the cumulative effects of sun exposure, lifestyle, and hormonal shifts begin to show in ways that skincare alone struggles to address. Texture changes, pigmentation, early lines, a loss of that overall clarity and brightness that skin had effortlessly before. These are the things Cool Laser is built for.
It’s a non-ablative laser treatment that works by delivering controlled energy into the skin to stimulate collagen production, improve skin tone and texture, reduce pigmentation, and restore an overall quality and luminosity that’s genuinely hard to achieve any other way at this level of invasiveness.
It addresses the skin at a depth that topical products simply can’t reach, without significant downtime or recovery. The results build over a course of treatments and continue to improve as collagen remodelling progresses, which means the investment you make now pays off over the months that follow.
Skin that’s treated consistently and correctly in your mid-30s and 40s ages significantly better than skin that isn’t. Cool Laser is one of the most effective ways I know to make that happen.

The lower face is one of the areas patients notice changing most, but it’s also one of the areas most commonly treated the wrong way.
More filler around the mouth isn’t always the answer, and focusing on one feature in isolation rarely creates a natural result.
Ageing in the lower face is usually a combination of collagen loss, reduced structural support, skin changes, and shifts in facial proportions over time.
That’s why the best results come from treating the face strategically rather than chasing individual lines or areas.
These are the treatments we’d actually choose to improve an ageing lower face naturally, and why a full face approach matters so much 👉🏼

Ageing isn’t just about what you do or don’t put on your skin. Some of the biggest culprits are habits so ingrained you don’t even notice them.
👉🏽 Rubbing your eyes. The skin around the eye is the thinnest on the face. Repeated pulling and rubbing breaks down collagen over time and accelerates the appearance of fine lines and hollowing.
👉🏽 Relying on your foundation for SPF. The amount of product you’d need to apply to get the stated SPF protection is far more than anyone actually wears. Your foundation is not your sun protection. Wear both.
👉🏽 Not looking after your neck and chest. These areas age at the same rate as your face and get a fraction of the attention. If your skincare routine stops at your jawline, it’s time to extend it.
👉🏽 Chronic stress. Cortisol breaks down collagen, disrupts your skin barrier, and throws your hormones off balance. It shows up on your face before almost anywhere else.
👉🏽 Your phone screen. High energy visible (HEV) light from screens contributes to pigmentation and oxidative stress in the skin. It’s also keeping you from sleeping properly, which is when your skin does most of its repair work.
👉🏽 Not wearing sunglasses. Squinting is one of the main drivers of lines around the eyes. Sunglasses are genuinely one of the most underrated anti-ageing tools available.

Cool Laser is one of the treatments patients are often curious about, but also unsure what to expect from. It isn’t a quick fix or a one day result, and understanding that from the start makes a huge difference to how you approach it and the outcome you get.
It’s a treatment that works beneath the surface, helping your skin repair, strengthen, and improve over time.
When you understand how that process works, it becomes much easier to see why the results look so natural and last so well.
This is what actually happens after your first Cool Laser treatment and what you need to know before you start 👉🏼

I see it constantly in clinic - people investing real time and money into their skin, doing a lot of the right things, but holding onto habits that are slowly undoing all of it.
Here are some of the most common ones:
👉🏽 Over-cleansing or using the wrong cleanser
Stripping the skin twice a day with a foaming or gel cleanser is one of the fastest ways to compromise your barrier without realising it. A disrupted barrier absorbs less, reacts more, and ages faster. Your cleanser is the foundation of everything else and most people aren’t getting it right.
👉🏽 Applying the right products at the wrong time of day
Vitamin C works hardest in the morning when it can neutralise daytime UV and environmental damage. Retinol belongs at night. Using either at the wrong time significantly reduces what you’re getting from them.
👉🏽 Mixing actives without understanding interactions
Certain combinations actively reduce each other’s efficacy or create irritation that sets the skin back rather than moving it forward. More actives in one routine is rarely more effective, and often counterproductive.
👉🏽 Sun beds and unprotected UV exposure
This one is non-negotiable. Sun beds accelerate collagen breakdown, drive pigmentation, and significantly increase the risk of skin cancer. No treatment in clinic can undo the cumulative damage of regular UV exposure, and continuing to use sun beds while investing in skin health is one of the most counterproductive things you can do for your skin long term. Consistent daily SPF isn’t optional either. UV damage builds silently every single day, and it undermines treatments and skincare more reliably than almost anything else.
👉🏽 Skipping the neck and chest entirely
These areas have thinner skin, less sebaceous activity, and often receive none of the SPF or actives that go on the face. They show the effects of that neglect earlier than most people expect.
Until these are addressed, even the best treatment plan will only take you so far. ... See MoreSee Less
